We had a fabulous visit from the Junior League of New Orleans Garden Club last week- Sixty fabulous ladies for lunch and a tour. Their flower committee brought such beautiful arrangements. So grateful for the opportunity to welcome them to the Cajun Coast, Main Street Franklin for shopping, and our home! Today was an outstanding day on Lake Fausse Point with @DougHansgate and a group of fabulous photographers who came to experience the majestic cypress grove located just 20 minutes from our front door! It was an unbelievable adventure. After kayaking the lake we all returned to Albania for home cooked gumbo served up in Lejeune’s Bakery bread bowls… They had real cameras and I hope they will share their photos.
