Booking Information

The house is booked as a “whole house” rental meaning that when you are on the premises there will be no other guests staying inside the house.

Bookings are as follows:
Whole house (9 bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom plus the powder room): $2500 per night
Using only 4 or five bedrooms (with the ensuite baths and powder room): $1500 per night We do not book fewer than 4 rooms for house stays. Weekend stays require a two night booking.

Event Bookings:
Event rental is 4 hours plus a 2 hour pre party set up and 1 hour breakdown period provided.
We do not book any events on weekend nights without the addition of a whole house booking.
Weeknights are Sunday through Thursday.

Dinner party type event with under 25 people as follows:
First Floor of home inside only: $1500
First floor of home plus grounds: $2800
Grounds only: $1500
To spend the night following the event in the two first floor rooms: $600
Additional rooms: $300 each

Party with 26-50 people:
First floor inside: $2500
First floor plus grounds: $5,000
Grounds only: $2500
To spend the night following the party: $600 for the two first floor rooms
Additional rooms: $300 each
All bookings require a 50% deposit to reserve the property.
A damage and cleaning deposit will be required. A one day event insurance policy is also required.
